Third, the structure principle
The automatic stirrup bending machine is composed of an electric motor, a gearbox, an electric appliance, a frame and the like.
Firstly, the motor rotates in the timing direction of the motor, and is decelerated by the V-belt through the gearbox, and then the main output shaft on the variable box drives the working disk to rotate. When the limited angular position is reached, the angle adjustment assembly of the lower end of the main output shaft is cut off. Normally closed contact closes the normally open contact or light control digital receiving head of the travel switch; cuts off the contactor in the forward direction of the motor, turns on the reverse contactor, reverses the motor backwards, and stops when the working disk returns to the stop position The travel switch cut-off circuit or the light control receiver automatically powers off, the motor stops, the work is completed, and 90 degrees and 135 degrees are arbitrarily controlled by two foot switches.

Sixth, installation and use methods
1. Before installation and use, check whether the whole machine and electrical appliances are loose or damaged during transportation and handling.
2. When installing, the unit must be equipped with a leakage protection switch and grounded.
3, the method of use;
A. The motor rotates clockwise when working, and rotates counterclockwise when retracting.
B. Adjust the parallelism and clearance of the baffle plate and the curved workpiece according to the diameter of the bending work.
C. According to the bending angle, if the angle is too large or too small, the bending angle can be adjusted by the addition and subtraction buttons of the intelligent bending machine controller.
D. When working, our factory adopts two foot switches of 90 degrees and 135 degrees. The angle can be flexibly changed conveniently. If you need to bend 180°, adjust 135° to 180°.
Remark: If the motor power and other parts are changed, the manufacturer will not inform you separately.
